START TIME: 9am (8:30am Info - Prep Session)

FINISH TIME: 11:30am (12pm BBQ Lunch)

What to Bring with You.... Appropriate Work out gear, Joggers, Hat, Towel, Swimmers (Board shorts, water bottle( 2 Put supplied Powerade in ).

A pair of well fitting gloves if your hands are not accustomed to handling certain types of materials (Truck tyres, metal bars)

And don't forget to bring your Vivacious and Sprightly Attitudes :)

What's Supplied??

ANY STRAPPING OR FIRST AID REQUIREMENTS, WATER, POWERADE, SUNSCREEN, BBQ LUNCH (salad, bread/rolls, snags and steak, if you have any special dietary requirements In Box us well b4 the day).

You will also be given information to take away with you on a Variety of subjects related to Nutrition, the Recovery process and other aspects of Life Style Improvements and Maintenance.

*If the weather isn't happening for us then we will postpone it to the following Saturday 1oth December
